10-Day / 20-Hour / 200-Mile Return Policy

At Blue Rock Machinery, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and consistent return standards. Please review the following policy carefully.

 

Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return within ten (10) calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product has been operated for no more than twenty (20) working hours
  • The product has not exceeded two hundred (200) miles of use, where applicable
  • The product remains in good working condition, with no signs of abuse, misuse, alteration, or excessive wear
  • All original components, accessories, manuals, and documentation are included and intact

Return Authorization Process

All returns must be pre-approved. To initiate a return, customers must:

  • Contact Blue Rock Machinery Customer Support
  • Provide proof of purchase and applicable usage details (hours and/or mileage)
  • Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to scheduling the return

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

 

Return Handling & Transportation

All approved returns will be coordinated and handled directly by Blue Rock Machinery.

  • Our team will arrange pickup or return transportation
  • Customers are not responsible for organizing return shipping
  • Return logistics will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time

Inspection & Refunds

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

  • Approved returns will be processed within a reasonable timeframe
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
  • Any applicable fees or deductions will be communicated in advance

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Requests made beyond the 10-day return period
  • Products exceeding 20 working hours or 200 miles of usage
  • Evidence of damage, neglect, unauthorized modification, or improper use
  • Missing essential parts, accessories, or documentation
  • Equipment sold “As-Is”
  • Equipment inspected and accepted in person before purchase
